Morning Sun Cabin Rates

Check in 1PM and Check Out 11AM.

NO SMOKING in the cabin and NO PETS please.

RENTAL RATES

	$125.00 per night up to 4 people
	$350.00 per weekend up to 4 people
	$800.00 per week up to 4 people
	$15.00 extra per night per person (limit 2).  Extra people must supply their own beds and bedding

RESERVATION POLICY

	Minimum 2 night stay Monday through Thursday.
	Minimum 3 night stay Friday through Sunday.
	$250.00 deposit required to secure your reservation.
	You may use this deposit for your $250.00 security deposit that is due at check in.
	Any balance due is to be paid at check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

	100% refund if cancelled before one week of arrival.
	Any cancellations after that are refunded only if we can rent the cabin to another party for the same dates.
	If we determine that there is not enough snow in the area for snowmobiling we may allow you to receive a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards.
